Kliph Miller Sr. brings more than three decades of technology experience and more than 15 years of experience teaching assistive technology.
As a technology educator, accessibility advocate, and totally blind technology user, Kliph brings a practical, real-world perspective to technology training. His experience spans Apple platforms, VoiceOver, Windows, JAWS, Microsoft applications, Android, accessibility technology, audio production, and technology troubleshooting.
Kliph’s teaching philosophy is straightforward: technology education shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Meet people where they are, understand what they already know, and teach them what they need to know.
Through SturItUp, Kliph brings that philosophy to the broader community through technology instruction, demonstrations, conversations, and live events.

Technology Educator & Accessibility Advocate
Kathryn Bottner brings extensive experience in assistive technology, technology education, and service to the blindness community.
Her technology experience includes Windows, iOS, braille technology, and access to National Library Service resources. Through KB Educational Consulting Services, Kathryn provided individualized technology education designed around the needs and goals of each learner.
Kathryn also completed an internship with the Helen Keller National Center, where she developed individualized lesson plans and worked directly with learners using assistive technology.
Her commitment to the blindness community extends beyond technology instruction. Kathryn has served in leadership with the National Federation of the Blind, including President and First Vice President of the NFB of Delaware.
In July 2026, Kathryn was elected Secretary of the Assistive Technology Trainers Division of the National Federation of the Blind.
At Saturdays with SturItUp, Kathryn brings her experience, knowledge, and passion for accessible technology to the conversation.
Technology Educator & Accessibility Advocate
Walter Harper is a technology educator, accessibility advocate, and founder of Harper School of Technology.
Walter’s approach to technology education focuses on making technology approachable, practical, and understandable. He believes complicated technology can be broken down into manageable steps so learners can build confidence and independence.
His areas of instruction include iPhone, iPad, Mac, VoiceOver, and JAWS, with an emphasis on helping people understand not only how technology works, but how to use it effectively in everyday life.
Walter has a particular passion for working with new learners and helping them move from uncertainty to confidence.
At Saturdays with SturItUp, Walter brings his teaching experience, accessibility knowledge, and enthusiasm for helping others learn.
